Zero Spec is an independent retailer and installer of aftermarket automotive accessories and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any vehicle manufacturer.

All references to vehicle models (including Model 3, Model Y, Highland, and Juniper) are used strictly for identification and compatibility purposes only.

Unless expressly stated, all products are aftermarket accessories and are not manufactured, licensed, or approved by the original vehicle manufacturer.

2. Third-Party Brands

Zero Spec may supply products from third-party manufacturers (including but not limited to YOFER Design).

All trademarks, product names, and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Zero Spec acts solely as an independent retailer, distributor, and installer, and does not represent or claim any official partnership unless expressly stated.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, graphics, and product descriptions, is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent.

4. Product Compatibility

Compatibility information is provided as a general guide only and may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle model, variant, and production date

  • Regional differences

  • Existing modifications or accessories

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Zero Spec does not guarantee universal compatibility

  • Customers are responsible for verifying suitability prior to purchase

Professional installation is recommended where applicable.

5. Body Kits, Aero Parts & PPF

Body kits, aero components, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) are specialised products.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Fitment Tolerance
    Minor variations in alignment, finish, or fitment may occur and may require adjustment. This is not considered a defect where within reasonable industry standards

  • Installation Requirement
    Professional installation is strongly recommended

  • Paint & Colour Variation
    Variations may occur due to lighting, manufacturing batches, and vehicle age

  • Returns Limitation
    To the extent permitted by law:

    • Installed, painted, modified, or used items are not returnable

    • Custom or special-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns

  • PPF Conditions
    Opened or handled PPF products cannot be returned due to contamination risk

6. Installation Liability Waiver

Where installation services are provided or arranged by Zero Spec:

  • Customers acknowledge that aftermarket modifications may alter the vehicle’s original condition

  • Zero Spec is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Hidden defects or prior modifications

    • Manufacturer design limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Zero Spec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of use or vehicle downtime

  • Any damage resulting from third-party installation or customer-installed products is the customer’s responsibility

7. Shipping, Risk & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon:

    • Delivery; or

    • Collection

Customers must:

  • Inspect goods upon delivery

  • Notify Zero Spec of any damage within a reasonable timeframe

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Zero Spec is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

8. Returns, Refunds & Change of Mind

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

    • Custom, painted, or made-to-order items

    • Installed or used products

  • Returns must:

    • Be unused and in original packaging

    • Be approved by Zero Spec prior to return

Nothing in this section overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Zero Spec’s liability is limited to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

at Zero Spec’s discretion.

Zero Spec is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or incompatibility

10. Payments, Fraud & Chargebacks

By purchasing from Zero Spec, you agree:

  • All payment information provided must be accurate and authorised

  • Zero Spec may:

    • Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud

    • Request identity verification

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Zero Spec reserves the right to:

    • Provide evidence to the payment provider

    • Recover associated costs, fees, and losses

    • Suspend or refuse future transactions

False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair, replacement, or refund

  • Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss
